Dr. Jonathan Smith has that special something that makes a great Doctor. I grew up having a Doctor that handled generations of family members and the doctor was an extension of your family. After moving back into the Boston area I searched for a new Doctor and tried several out over the course of 3 years - continually feeling like I was a statistic and missing that special touch. I was referred to Dr. Smith from a friend and was not able to get in to see him initially because he was in such demand. My belief is that his high demand is derived from a laser sharp understanding of people and his profession. He is able to provide the "velvet glove" service in a simple and efficient way that is steady and consistent. I consider Dr. Smith an extension of my family as he is always a phone call or email away. I have experienced exceptional results in working with Doctor Smith and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants the next level of care for their health and life.

We could not be happier with our experience over the last year with Dr. Jonathan Smith and Wayland Personal Physicians. This concierge practice provides a very high level of service. There is no time that we can’t reach Dr. Smith. We find it very reassuring that in his absence Dr. Goldman will take care of us and not a “covering Dr.” that we do not know. The staff at WPP is always professional but most importantly they are kind and caring and always happy to help. We have known Dr. Smith for over 10 years. He is an extremely fine physician and this practice affords him the time to see to every detail of our health and wellness. He and the staff arrange for all outside testing and appointments with specialists. They take care of everything. This is truly worry free healthcare.
